Profile

Artesian Resources CorporationARTNAUtilities

Provides regulated water and wastewater utilities and related services through wholly owned subsidiaries across the Delmarva region. Delaware water operations generate most revenue, while water service also reaches Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Operates regulated water and wastewater utilities and related services through wholly owned subsidiaries, with Artesian Water as its principal subsidiary. Water service is concentrated in Delaware, while the group also provides wastewater services there and water service in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Its holding-company structure separates regulated and non-regulated subsidiaries.

Delaware water operations generate most revenue. Regulatory approvals and rate decisions, PFAS and Lead and Copper Rule compliance, infrastructure-material availability and costs, weather and climate effects, and acquisition integration shape the business. The operating model requires continuing infrastructure operation under regulatory oversight.
