Profile

Astronics CorporationATROIndustrials

Supplies inflight entertainment and connectivity, lighting and safety, flight-critical power, seat-motion, certification, structures, and automated-test systems. Aerospace generates most sales, while the smaller Test Systems segment serves defense, communications, and mass-transit programs that often run for multiple years.

Designs and manufactures aircraft technology across Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity, Lighting & Safety, Flight Critical Electrical Power, and Seat Motion; Other Aerospace includes structures. Systems-certification services sit within the connectivity portfolio. The much smaller Test Systems segment develops, manufactures, and maintains automated-test platforms for aerospace and defense, communications, mass transit, and training applications.

Pairs cabin hardware with engineering and FAA-delegated certification services, allowing customers to combine passenger power, connectivity, and approval work with one supplier. Principal operations span the United States, Canada, France, and Germany, with engineering offices in Ukraine and India. Results depend on commercial aircraft production, airline cabin upgrades, government programs, and FAA certification; Boeing remains a major customer.
