Profile
Owns the Atlanta Braves and operates Truist Park, generating baseball, media, sponsorship, premium seating, retail, and licensing revenue. The Battery Atlanta adds office and retail rent, parking, and sponsorship income, while BravesVision makes local broadcasting a directly operated media business.
Owns and operates the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball club and Truist Park through the Baseball segment. Revenue comes from tickets, concessions, sponsorships, suites and premium seats, retail and licensing, MLB-wide revenue sharing and national rights, and company-operated BravesVision local broadcasts.
Runs The Battery Atlanta and nearby retail, office, hotel, and entertainment properties through Mixed-Use Development. Office and retail rent anchor that year-round business, supplemented by tenant reimbursements, parking, and sponsorships; the adjacent real estate extends activity beyond the baseball season.
Concentrates operations in metro Atlanta while BravesVision distributes local games across the club's regional territory. Results depend on attendance and on-field performance, media distribution and advertising demand, and real-estate occupancy. Baseball operations, debt limits, revenue sharing, national broadcasts, intellectual property, and changes of control remain governed by MLB rules.
