Profile
Provides deposits, lending, cards, insurance and investment products to individuals, SMEs and large companies in Argentina. Its regulated local platform combines Retail Banking, Small and Medium-sized Companies, and Corporate and Investment Banking under Spain’s BBVA Group.
Serves individuals through Retail Banking with accounts, deposits, card financing, consumer and pledge loans, mortgages, insurance and investment products. The Small and Medium-sized Companies line provides banking services to Argentine businesses, while Corporate and Investment Banking supports large Argentine and multinational companies with transaction services, markets solutions, long-term financing and corporate-finance services.
Operates nationwide in Argentina through a locally regulated platform, with digital payments participation through the MODO venture alongside other Argentine banks. The business remains shaped by its BBVA Group parent relationship, BCRA-supervised local operations, and Argentine economic conditions, including inflation, peso movements, exchange controls, capital-flow restrictions and the financial system's short-term deposit structure.
