Profile

Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A.GGALFinancials

Runs an Argentine financial-services group built around Banco Galicia and Naranja X, with insurance, investing, securities and agri-finance platforms alongside them. It is a family-controlled holding company whose businesses serve individual and corporate customers in Argentina.

Operates Argentine financial platforms led by Banco Galicia, which serves individuals and companies through assisted and digital channels. Naranja X adds a consumer and business-finance technology platform.

Insurance is provided through Galicia Seguros, while Fondos FIMA, Galicia Securities and Inviu cover mutual funds, securities and investment advice. Nera handles agri-financial payments and financing, and Galicia Ventures supports venture-capital and open-innovation activity.

Built on Banco Galicia's 1905 lineage, the group is a financial-services holding company rather than a single bank. Its NASDAQ-traded ADSs represent Class B shares, while the Escasany, Ayerza and Braun families retain voting control through EBA Holding.
