Profile

STERIS plcSTEHealth Care

Serves healthcare providers and life-sciences manufacturers with sterilization equipment, procedural products, consumables, maintenance, repair, reprocessing, and contract microbial-reduction services. Healthcare generates most revenue, supported by global Applied Sterilization Technologies and Life Sciences operations.

Supplies hospitals and procedure centers with sterilizers, surgical tables, endoscope reprocessors, consumables, instruments, operating-room connectivity, equipment maintenance, and outsourced instrument reprocessing. Healthcare is the largest segment and generates most revenue; although the business serves customers worldwide, most revenue comes from the United States.

Applied Sterilization Technologies operates a global network that sterilizes medical devices and pharmaceuticals, performs laboratory testing, and supplies integrated sterilization equipment and process controls. Life Sciences provides washers, sterilizers, cleanroom chemistries, water systems, decontamination systems, and maintenance for aseptic manufacturing.

Combines capital equipment with consumables, installation, repair, and outsourced processing across regulated workflows. Operations depend on procedure volumes, regulated product and facility approvals, and access to ethylene oxide and cobalt-60 for contract sterilization.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
