Provides liquidity and primary-capital financing for illiquid alternative assets, earning loan interest, transaction fees and custody-administration fees through Customer ExAlt Trusts. A Kansas-chartered fiduciary subsidiary anchors the trust structure, while consolidated trust accounting can make reported revenue diverge from operating lines.
Provides liquidity and primary-capital financing to holders and sponsors of illiquid alternative assets through Ben Liquidity, using Customer ExAlt Trusts to hold contributed assets and support loans. GP Solutions structures fund restructurings and limited-partner exits; ExchangeTrust and InterchangeTrust can use Beneficient securities as consideration, while LiquidTrust remains limited by BFF's available cash.
Supports each transaction through Ben Custody's trustee, custody and administration services, Ben Data's asset evaluation and analytics, AltAccess's online underwriting and execution workflow, and AltAccess Securities' broker-dealer and transfer-agent capabilities. Commercial channels center on U.S. wealth, institutional and fund-sponsor networks, while collateral spans U.S. and non-U.S. alternative-asset managers.
Depends on private-asset distributions, reliable manager data and valuations, transaction volume, and additional capital. Its Kansas-chartered Beneficient Fiduciary Financial subsidiary is overseen by the OSBC, whereas the listed parent is not; AltAccess Securities is regulated by the SEC and FINRA.
