Profile
Operates renewable power and transition assets across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, spanning hydro, wind, solar, storage, and nuclear services. Acquisitions, development, and capital recycling drive the model, which is externally managed by Brookfield.
Spanning hydro, wind, utility-scale solar, distributed energy, storage, nuclear services, and other transition assets, the platform operates across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Hydroelectric generation remains its original operating foundation, while acquired platforms broadened solar, wind, battery, and nuclear capabilities.
Acquisitions, development, operating expertise, and capital recycling work together: assets and minority interests are bought, built, operated, and sometimes sold alongside Brookfield-sponsored institutional partners. Access to Brookfield's broader network supports transaction sourcing, senior management, and capital formation.
Generation and cash flow depend on hydrology, wind, solar irradiation, equipment, grids, and contractual counterparties. Expansion also relies on financing markets, permits, licenses, and local power rules. The externally managed Bermuda partnership structure adds sponsor, conflict-allocation, tax, and distribution conditions distinct from a conventional U.S. corporation.
