Profile
Rents dedicated NVIDIA GPU compute and related cloud infrastructure for AI and high-performance-computing workloads through a proprietary platform, third-party platforms, and brokers. Its U.S. model pairs project-specific hardware financing and colocation capacity with non-cancelable customer orders.
Rents dedicated NVIDIA GPU servers for AI and high-performance-computing workloads through its Boost Run platform, third-party platforms, and brokers. The platform combines bare-metal compute with CPU nodes, managed Kubernetes, shared storage, isolated virtual private clouds, automated provisioning, private networking, and engineering support. Its service targets demanding and regulated workloads across financial services, health and life sciences, geospatial work, government, and AI companies.
Earns mainly from GPU rental services; orders run from hours to multiple years, with non-cancelable terms and non-refundable fees. Infrastructure is delivered from U.S. colocation sites rather than company-owned data centers. Customer commitments, hardware purchases, colocation capacity, and equipment financing are coordinated project by project.
Relies on NVIDIA hardware, third-party providers for power, cooling, connectivity, and physical security, and sufficient utilization to cover fixed equipment and colocation costs. Founder Andrew Karos controls voting power through Class B shares.
