Profile

Webull Corporation Class A Ordinary SharesBULLInformation Technology

Offers self-directed and institutional investors trading in stocks, ETFs, options, futures, digital assets, and related cash and margin products, supported by market data and analytical tools. Revenue comes mainly from trading activity and interest income, with locally licensed brokerages operating on a shared global technology platform.

Provides a digital investment platform for self-directed traders across mobile, web, desktop, and API interfaces. Brokerage products include stocks, ETFs, options, fractional shares, futures, digital assets, margin lending, cash management, and advisory services, supported by market data, charting, education, paper trading, and an investor community.

Operates through locally licensed brokerages across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. A shared technology stack carries research, watchlists, orders, and positions across devices while supporting localized products and institutional services.

Revenue comes primarily from trading activity—especially U.S. order-flow rebates—and interest income from stock lending and margin financing; markets outside the United States generally charge commissions. Results depend on trading volumes, interest rates, market makers, liquidity providers, clearing partners, cybersecurity, and local regulatory approvals. A founder-controlled dual-class structure concentrates most voting power.
