Profile
Combines regional banking through Community Bank with nationwide employee-benefit administration through BPAS, insurance brokerage through OneGroup, and wealth management through Nottingham Financial Group. Banking remains the largest business, while the three fee businesses diversify revenue beyond the Northeast branch network.
Combines Community Bank’s regional lending, deposits, treasury management and payment services with three fee businesses: BPAS employee-benefit administration, OneGroup insurance and risk management, and Nottingham Financial Group wealth management. Banking serves consumers, businesses and governments across Upstate New York and nearby markets in Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Extends beyond the branch footprint through BPAS’s nationwide retirement-plan, trust, fund-administration and actuarial work. Nottingham adds financial planning, investment advisory, asset management and trust services, including ClearPoint’s specialized trust administration, while OneGroup brokers personal and commercial insurance.
Runs on a regulated-bank core, local deposits and lending relationships, with fee revenue tied partly to administered assets and financial-market values. Acquisitions and new branches broaden distribution but add integration demands.
