Profile

Cadre Holdings, Inc.CDREIndustrials

Manufactures safety equipment for law enforcement, first responders, military users, and nuclear markets through Product and Distribution segments. Core lines include Safariland body armor and duty gear, Med-Eng EOD equipment, tactical gear, nuclear safety products, and third-party public-safety distribution.

Manufactures and distributes safety equipment for law enforcement, first responders, military users, and nuclear markets. The Product segment covers body armor, duty gear and holsters, EOD equipment and robots, blast-protection systems, tactical gear, and nuclear safety products under brands such as Safariland, Med-Eng, and TYR Tactical.

Distribution operates as a public-safety supply channel, selling Cadre-made goods and third-party items such as uniforms, optics, boots, firearms, and ammunition. Products reach federal, state, and local agencies and are used internationally across responder and defense workflows.

Execution depends on product certification, agency procurement, manufacturing reliability, and continued integration of acquired platforms. Cybersecurity has also been a documented operational dependency, after prior incidents temporarily disrupted selected production and order fulfillment.
