Profile
Products span breathing apparatus, gas and flame detection, head protection, fire and rescue helmets, and fall protection. Products are sold through distributors and direct channels to industrial customers, fire services, construction, mining, oil and gas, military, and related markets across the Americas and International.
Built around industrial safety equipment, the portfolio includes self-contained breathing apparatus, fixed gas and flame detection systems, portable gas detectors, industrial head protection, fire and rescue helmets, and fall-protection devices.
Sales reach oil, gas and petrochemical operations, fire service, construction, mining, military, and other end markets. The Americas and International are the two reportable segments; distribution is the main channel in the Americas, while International uses both indirect and direct channels.
Portfolio expansion has included General Monitors, Latchways, Globe Manufacturing, Bacharach, and M&C TechGroup, whose gas-analysis systems support critical environments. Operations depend on specialized safety equipment reaching end users through distributors and direct channels.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
