Profile
Generates and sells electricity in Argentina through thermal, hydroelectric, wind, solar and cogeneration assets. The mix of conventional and renewable technologies is expanding with storage projects, while forestry supplies a separate non-generation business.
Generates electricity from thermal, hydroelectric, wind, solar and cogeneration facilities across Argentina. The fleet grew from Buenos Aires thermal plants into a diversified generating base, with renewable projects integrated directly into the listed company after the CP Renovables merger. Its roots lie in the privatization of SEGBA generation assets. It owns and operates 16 generation plants.
Storage projects extend the asset mix alongside conventional and renewable generation, while forestry contributes a separate non-generation business. Operations and expansion plans depend on Argentina's electricity-market regulation, macroeconomic conditions and execution of construction and expansion projects.
