Profile
Integrates oil and gas production with transportation, refining, fuel retail and gas commercialization in Argentina. Its three reportable segments are Upstream, Midstream and Downstream, and LNG and Integrated Gas, while the portfolio shifts toward Vaca Muerta under majority Argentine state control.
Spans oil and gas exploration and production, transportation, refining, petrochemicals, fuel distribution and retail, integrated gas, and developing LNG projects. Reporting is organized into Upstream, Midstream and Downstream, and LNG and Integrated Gas.
Redirects the upstream portfolio toward Vaca Muerta while selling or reverting mature conventional fields. The integrated refining and fuel chain processes and sells production, while operating-efficiency work runs across the business.
Operates primarily in Argentina under majority national-state control. Execution depends on domestic hydrocarbon regulation, infrastructure and pricing, the economics of continued Vaca Muerta development, completion of conventional-field exits, and financing and approvals for LNG export projects.
