Profile
Operates an Argentine energy portfolio spanning oil and gas, electricity generation, petrochemicals, and infrastructure participations. Oil and Gas and Generation provide most external revenue, while Vaca Muerta development at Rincón de Aranda shapes the current expansion.
Combines oil and gas production, electricity generation, and petrochemical materials in Argentina. Oil and Gas includes operated and non-operated blocks, Vaca Muerta shale development at Rincón de Aranda, and an interest in a natural-gas liquefaction venture. Generation uses thermal, hydroelectric, and wind assets. Together, Oil and Gas and Generation supply most external revenue.
Petrochemicals make polystyrene, styrene, and SBR. Holding, Transportation and Others consists of infrastructure participations including Transener and TGS. The modern platform was assembled through acquisitions and broadened by the Petrobras Argentina combination; oil-and-gas growth depends on drilling, completions, and permanent processing-facility work at Rincón de Aranda.

This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
