Uses the Unigen™ computational platform to predict drug targets and biological pathways for cancer immunotherapy. The platform combines biological data, internal scientific knowledge, AI/ML predictive algorithms, and a cloud-based knowledgebase, with feedback from preclinical and clinical work enriching that knowledgebase. It is technology-agnostic and AI/ML-enabled, directly linking discoveries to therapeutic drug development.
Advances selected platform outputs internally as clinical-stage immuno-oncology programs and through pharmaceutical partnerships. The business combines therapeutic development with licensing and royalty interests, including Gilead's licensed anti-IL-18 binding-protein antibody program and a royalty interest connected to AstraZeneca's rilvegostomig.
