Profile
Supplies rebar, fabricated steel, concrete pipe, precast components and ground-stabilization systems to infrastructure and building projects. A vertically integrated U.S. chain converts recycled scrap through electric-arc mills and fabrication, complemented by construction solutions and a smaller Polish steel network.
Turns ferrous and nonferrous scrap into rebar, merchant bar, wire rod and other long-steel products through the North America Steel Group, then fabricates reinforcing steel and related products for construction projects. Electric-arc mini mills and micro mills anchor this vertically integrated chain.
Construction Solutions Group adds concrete pipe and precast components, Tensar geogrids, Geopier foundation systems, construction equipment, specialty reinforcing steel and anchoring systems. Europe Steel Group operates recycling, electric-arc steelmaking and fabrication in Poland, serving mostly Polish and neighboring European markets.
Linking scrap collection, steelmaking and fabrication helps align feedstock procurement, mill utilization and downstream orders. Demand is concentrated in infrastructure and building construction, while steel economics remain exposed to scrap and energy costs, import competition, trade measures and environmental requirements.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
