Profile

Cintas CorporationCTASIndustrials

Rents and services uniforms and facility supplies, while also providing first aid, safety and fire protection. Most revenue comes from uniform rental and facility services, and nearly all revenue is generated by route servicing at customer sites.

Rents, launders and services work uniforms, cleanroom garments, mats, mops, towels and restroom supplies, while also providing first-aid and safety products, workplace water services, fire-protection inspection and maintenance, and uniforms sold outright. Uniform Rental and Facility Services contributes most revenue; First Aid and Safety Services is the other reportable segment, with fire protection and direct sales grouped in All Other.

Serves businesses of all sizes, mainly in the United States, with additional operations in Canada and Latin America. Regular customer visits and local delivery routes create opportunities to add more products to existing accounts. Nearly all revenue comes from route servicing performed at customer sites, while the broad account base leaves no single customer material. A pending cash-and-stock acquisition of UniFirst remains under Federal Trade Commission review.
