Develops injectable biologics intended to selectively modulate disease-specific T cells in vivo. Its Immuno-STAT platform underpins CUE-401, which combines engineered IL-2 and TGF-beta signals and is advancing toward Phase 1 for autoimmune and inflammatory disease.
The active pipeline also includes CUE-221, a Phase 2 anti-IgE antibody for allergic diseases, licensed for global rights outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Earlier molecules have been licensed to Boehringer Ingelheim and ImmunoScape.
Commercialization depends on further research, clinical testing, potential regulatory approval, and execution under the CUE-221 license and partner arrangements.

Float — provider float is below the insider stake.
A split settled inside the quarter being compared, so quarter-on-quarter change is not shown.
A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
