CVRx, Inc.CVRXHealth Care

Barostim is an implanted baroreflex-activation system for eligible patients with heart failure. CVRx earns from this single commercial platform; U.S. approval is for reduced-ejection-fraction heart failure, while European authorization also covers resistant hypertension.

Built around Barostim, an implantable neuromodulation system that sends electrical pulses to baroreceptors in the carotid-artery wall. In the United States, it is approved to improve symptoms for a defined population with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction.

European authorization covers heart failure and resistant hypertension. Barostim is the sole material commercial focus, and no other products are in development, making the business concentrated rather than portfolio-led.

Adoption and access for the approved U.S. patient population are central dependencies because substantial revenue is expected to come from Barostim. U.S. indications remain distinct from the broader European authorization.
