Profile

Cushman & Wakefield plcCWKReal Estate

Provides property and facilities management, project management, leasing, capital-markets, and valuation services to commercial real estate occupiers and investors worldwide. Recurring outsourced-services contracts anchor the revenue mix, while brokerage and financing fees depend on transaction activity and the Americas supplies most fee revenue.

Advises commercial real estate occupiers and investors while operating buildings and workplaces across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Services—the largest line—combines property and facilities management, facilities services and project management, often through recurring multi-year contracts. Leasing represents owners and tenants; Capital markets handles property sales and arranges equity, debt and structured financing; Valuation and other covers appraisals, portfolio advice and related consulting.

An integrated platform lets multinational clients bundle workplace operations, transaction management and advisory work across markets. The Americas generates most fee revenue, and the United States is the largest country market. Recurring service contracts temper, but do not remove, exposure to leasing and capital-markets transaction volumes. Brokerage, management, valuation and debt-placement activities require licenses across many jurisdictions.
