Profile

Newmark Group, Inc.NMRKReal Estate

Advises commercial real estate owners, investors, lenders, and occupiers across capital markets, leasing, valuation, management, mortgage origination, and loan servicing. Revenue combines transaction-linked commissions with contractual and recurring fees, while agency lending and servicing depend on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD eligibility.

Advises commercial property owners, investors, lenders, and occupiers through Capital Markets, Leasing, and Management Services. Offerings span investment sales, debt and equity placement, mortgage origination, landlord and tenant representation, valuation, property and facilities management, loan servicing and asset management, occupier outsourcing, consulting, and fund administration.

Maintains a large U.S. base while expanding across Europe and Asia. Integrated data, research, and local specialists support cross-selling across a client’s property lifecycle. Revenue mixes transaction-driven commissions with contractual and recurring management and servicing fees.

Results depend on commercial real estate transaction volumes, leasing demand, interest rates, and retaining productive professionals. Agency lending and servicing require continued eligibility under Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD programs, including capital, liquidity, licensing, and servicing standards.
