Profile

Deutsche Bank AGDBFinancials

Combines Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, Private Bank and DWS-led Asset Management, earning across transaction banking, markets, advisory, retail, wealth and funds. Its German and European base is connected to international markets through a regulated network whose performance depends on client activity, credit conditions, funding and control execution.

Provides corporate and transaction banking, fixed-income and currency markets, investment-banking advice, private banking, and asset management through four client divisions. Corporate Bank serves companies and financial institutions; Investment Bank covers markets and capital-markets work; Private Bank spans retail and wealth management; Asset Management operates through majority-owned DWS.

Connects a German and European client base with international markets, while bringing global clients into Europe. The Global Hausbank model coordinates relationships across divisions and relies on shared technology, data, capital allocation, and local expertise.

Revenue is spread across banking, markets, wealth and asset-management activities, with Investment Bank the largest division by recent segment revenue. Earnings remain tied to rates, deposit pricing, credit performance, client activity and market volumes. Operations also depend on capital, liquidity, sanctions, AML/KYC and conduct controls across jurisdictions; control remediation and regulatory review remain ongoing obligations.
