Digital Brands Group, Inc.DBGIConsumer Discretionary

Sells a portfolio of women’s apparel, premium denim, basics, coastal-casual fashion, and collegiate licensed loungewear through direct websites, wholesale accounts, and licensing channels. Its five-label structure combines brand-level operations with centralized data, technology, advertising, and cross-merchandising.

Operates five apparel labels: Bailey 44 contemporary women’s ready-to-wear; DSTLD minimalist premium denim and staples; Stateside elevated basics; Sundry coastal-casual womenswear; and Avo collegiate licensed loungewear. Sells through company websites, wholesale accounts, and royalty/license channels, with direct-to-consumer labels and wholesale-oriented women’s brands spanning online and retail distribution.

Uses purchase and browsing data across labels for personalized merchandising and cross-selling, while centralizing data analytics, technology, advertising buying, contracts, and accounting. Los Angeles teams develop designs and samples, while third-party manufacturers across North America, Europe, and Asia produce garments. Operations depend on paid social advertising, outside manufacturers without long-term written contracts, and a single Los Angeles fulfillment center.
