Profile

Donaldson Company, Inc.DCIIndustrials

Filtration technologies and service solutions support mobile equipment, industrial processes, and bioprocessing applications through Mobile Solutions, Industrial Solutions, and Life Sciences. The business combines an engine-filtration heritage with acquisition-built Life Sciences capabilities and operations across six continents.

Filtration products and service solutions support critical equipment and process control through Mobile Solutions, Industrial Solutions, and Life Sciences.

The portfolio traces back to engine air cleaners and now addresses mobile equipment, industrial processes, and bioprocessing applications. Operations span six continents, linking equipment uptime with performance needs across international markets.

Life Sciences was built through acquisitions including Purilogics, Isolere Bio, Solaris Biotech, and Univercells Technologies. Its upstream bioprocessing businesses face weak capital spending, longer drug-development timelines, and softer industrial-bioreactor demand; Industrial Solutions has also expanded through the Facet Filtration acquisition.
