Profile
Designs motion-and-control components and systems for industrial equipment and commercial and defense aircraft, selling to OEMs, distributors and aftermarket customers. Diversified Industrial spans hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, sealing and electromechanical products; Aerospace Systems is tied to aircraft production and follow-on maintenance demand.
Designs, manufactures and supports motion-and-control systems through Diversified Industrial and Aerospace Systems. The industrial portfolio spans hydraulic and electric motion, pneumatics, fluid and gas handling, filtration, sealing, thermal management and process controls, sold to equipment makers and through independent distributors. Aerospace supplies airframe and engine systems, including flight controls, fuel, hydraulics, braking, electrical power, fire protection and sensing, plus aftermarket parts and maintenance.
Serves industrial customers worldwide, while aerospace revenue is concentrated in North America. A decentralized operating structure and The Win Strategy provide a common framework for continuous improvement across a broad product catalog; no single product dominates sales. Revenue spans industrial demand, aircraft production and aftermarket use. Operations are subject to product, trade and environmental regulation across the jurisdictions served.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
