Profile
Sells Fleetguard filters and fluids for commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment, plus Koch Filter air-filtration products for HVAC, data centers and power generation. Most revenue comes from replacement parts, while the business remains concentrated in internal-combustion applications and several large equipment customers.
Designs and manufactures filtration products through Power Solutions and Industrial Solutions. Power Solutions sells Fleetguard fuel, lube, air, hydraulic and crankcase-ventilation filters, plus coolants and chemicals, for on-highway commercial vehicles and off-highway agriculture, construction, mining and power-generation equipment. Industrial Solutions, established with the Koch Filter acquisition, supplies air filtration for commercial and industrial HVAC, data centers and power-generation environments.
Pairs first-fit supply to equipment manufacturers with a broad global aftermarket network of OEM dealers, distributors and retailers, making replacement demand the main revenue engine. Proprietary filtration media, application engineering and wide distribution support equipment protection and changing engine-performance requirements across regions. Most sales remain tied to internal-combustion-engine filtration, and revenue is concentrated among Cummins, PACCAR and Traton.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
