Profile
Sells embedded modules, routers, infrastructure-management hardware, and attached software to OEM, enterprise, and government customers, while SmartSense, Jolt, Ventus, and Particle add subscription monitoring, workflow, managed-network, and edge-to-cloud services. Products & Services remains the larger segment, with distribution and manufacturing largely handled by third parties.
Builds embedded and stand-alone connectivity for OEM, enterprise, and government customers through its IoT Products & Services segment. Digi XBee wireless modules, Digi Connect and ConnectCore embedded systems, cellular routers, Opengear console servers, serial and USB networking, and Digi Remote Manager span device design, deployment, and remote operation. Particle adds subscription-based edge-to-cloud infrastructure for intelligent products.
Sells hardware and attached services globally through direct teams and a broad distributor network, while IoT Solutions supplies recurring, hardware-enabled software. SmartSense and Jolt combine condition monitoring with task, workforce, labeling, and compliance tools; Ventus manages cellular and fixed-line WAN connectivity for distributed locations. Pairing devices with management platforms and support extends the model beyond one-time equipment sales. Most Products & Services sales depend on third-party channels, manufacturing is largely outsourced, and several components are limited-source.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
