Profile
Designs semiconductors for optical and copper data-center links, LoRa wireless IoT, circuit protection, power management, and professional video, while selling cellular IoT hardware and managed connectivity. Most manufacturing is outsourced, sales are concentrated in China, and an agreed sale of the cellular module business would narrow the portfolio toward data-center and LoRa connectivity.
Designs high-performance semiconductors for data-center networking, LoRa wireless IoT, circuit protection, power management, and professional video, while supplying cellular IoT modules, routers, gateways, and managed connectivity services. Signal Integrity products include optical and copper interfaces; Analog Mixed Signal and Wireless spans LoRa radios, protection and power devices, and video-over-IP; IoT Systems and Connectivity covers cellular hardware and connected services.
Serves infrastructure, industrial, and high-end consumer equipment makers worldwide. Competes through analog and mixed-signal engineering, customer design-ins, and a mostly outsourced manufacturing network, supplemented by HieFo's in-house optoelectronic-device production.
Has agreed to sell the cellular module business, subject to closing conditions, concentrating resources on data-center and LoRa connectivity. Sales are concentrated in China, while production depends substantially on third-party foundries, assembly, test, and electronics-manufacturing partners.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
