Profile
Sells fresh fruit, vegetables and bananas alongside packaged foods, relying on farms, growers and a cold-chain network to serve retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers. The platform combines global fresh-produce operations with acquired packaged-food assets and a Del Monte brand that remains subject to existing licenses.
Sells fresh pineapples, bananas, fresh-cut fruit and vegetables, and other produce through retail, wholesale and foodservice channels in more than 90 countries. Prepared Foods adds branded and private-label packaged fruit and vegetables, juices, beverages, meals and snacks, including North American packaged vegetables, tomatoes and refrigerated fruit.
Integrates company farms and independent growers with refrigerated ocean transport, ripening, packing, fresh cutting, direct-store delivery and merchandising. Operations depend on perishable-product logistics, weather and crop disease, food-safety controls, global supply routes and integration of acquired packaged-food assets; the Del Monte brand remains subject to existing licenses.
