Profile

Conagra Brands, Inc.CAGConsumer Staples

Sells branded frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable foods through U.S. retail, with smaller international and foodservice operations. A portfolio spanning Birds Eye, Healthy Choice, Slim Jim, Duncan Hines, and Reddi-wip uses shared manufacturing assets and depends heavily on large retailers.

Markets branded shelf-stable, refrigerated, and frozen foods through U.S. retail, while smaller International and Foodservice units sell packaged foods and customized meals, entrées, sauces, and other culinary products. Core brands span Birds Eye vegetables, Healthy Choice and Marie Callender’s meals, Slim Jim meat snacks, Duncan Hines baking products, Reddi-wip toppings, and Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP popcorn.

Uses product innovation and brand investment to support frozen meals and meat snacks, while modernizing a manufacturing network shared across segments. A minority stake in flour miller Ardent Mills adds equity-method earnings outside the operating segments. Operations are concentrated in the United States; agricultural inputs, freight, retailer relationships, and consumer response to pricing shape results. Walmart accounts for nearly one-third of sales.
