Profile
Builds modular data-center colocation and infrastructure solutions for AI and enterprise computing while retaining the Railcar Inspection Portal business. A planned divestiture would streamline operations around edge infrastructure.
Builds modular edge-data-center colocation and infrastructure solutions through Duos Edge AI and Duos Technology Solutions for AI and enterprise computing. This is the current operating focus following an expansion beyond rail inspection.
Railcar Inspection Portal (RIP) remains the legacy flagship: it combines optical, laser, and speed sensors with edge computing and AI algorithms to inspect moving railcars in real time for rail, transit, and select government customers.
That rail data-processing heritage supplied the basis for the expansion into edge infrastructure in 2024. Management has initiated a planned divestiture of the rail-inspection business, but it had not been sold at this research date.
