Profile

nVent Electric plcNVTIndustrials

Designs enclosures, electrical connections, fastening products, switchgear and bus systems for equipment, buildings and critical processes. Two operating platforms—Systems Protection and Electrical Connections—serve infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential and energy applications worldwide, supported by established industrial brands and an acquisition-shaped portfolio.

Designs and manufactures enclosures, electrical connections, fastening products, switchgear and bus systems that connect and protect equipment, buildings and critical processes. Systems Protection covers enclosures, control buildings and power-distribution hardware, while Electrical Connections links power and data infrastructure across infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential and energy applications worldwide.

Operates through established brands including HOFFMAN, ERICO, CADDY, ILSCO, SCHROFF and TRACHTE, pairing inherited product lineages with lean practices in Systems Protection. The portfolio has been reshaped through acquisitions of electrical-connectivity and control-building businesses and the sale of Thermal Management. Its operating model depends on integrating acquired businesses while serving safety- and reliability-sensitive applications across a broad industrial customer base.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
