Profile
Provides water-treatment and process chemistry, institutional cleaning and sanitation, biopharma contamination-control and purification products, and commercial pest services. Revenue comes from consumables, equipment, digital tools, and recurring field service delivered through a large direct sales-and-service network at industrial and institutional sites worldwide.
Provides water treatment and process chemistry through Global Water; cleaning and sanitation through Global Institutional & Specialty; commercial pest management through Global Pest Elimination; and biopharma contamination control, decontamination, and purification through Global Life Sciences. Ovivo Electronics' ultrapure-water systems and CoolIT's direct liquid-cooling equipment extend the water portfolio into semiconductor fabrication and data centers.
Combines consumable chemistry with monitoring, dispensing and treatment equipment, digital tools, and a direct field-service network to manage water use, hygiene, product quality, and operating efficiency at customer sites. Operations span the world, with the United States the largest market and nearly half of sales generated elsewhere.
Depends on technical coverage at customer facilities, access to chemicals and equipment components, and product registrations governing pesticides, biocides, medical devices, drugs, and food-contact antimicrobials.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
