Profile
Sells water analytics and treatment systems alongside marking, coding, packaging, color, and traceability tools through two segments. Water Quality is the larger business, while a broad installed base produces recurring revenue from reagents, chemicals, inks, parts, service, and software.
Provides water analytics and treatment through Water Quality, led by Hach, Trojan Technologies, ChemTreat, and environmental monitoring brands. Instruments, reagents, treatment chemicals, ultraviolet disinfection, services, and software support utilities and industrial users worldwide.
Product Quality & Innovation combines Videojet and Linx marking and coding, Esko packaging workflows, X-Rite and Pantone color management, and TraceGains food-supply software. These systems support packaging, traceability, recalls, compliance, and product consistency for consumer-goods, food, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers.
A broad installed base drives recurring consumables, parts, service, and software sales, while the Veralto Enterprise System guides operating improvement and acquisitions. Demand is tied to regulated water, food, pharmaceutical, and packaging workflows; operations also depend on global supply chains and compliance with environmental, privacy, and trade rules.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
