Profile
Provides facility-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from major injuries and illnesses through a U.S. hospital network. Revenue comes mainly from reimbursed inpatient care, while standardized clinical protocols and joint-venture expansion define the operating model.
Provides intensive, facility-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary and other serious conditions. The focused portfolio consists of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across the United States and Puerto Rico.
Care combines therapy, frequent physician visits and continuous nursing oversight under standardized clinical protocols. Growth comes through new hospitals, licensed-bed additions, acquisitions and joint ventures with acute-care hospitals and health systems.
Revenue is generated primarily from reimbursed inpatient care. Medicare and Medicare Advantage supply most revenue, alongside managed-care insurers, Medicaid and patients. Operations depend on reimbursement rules, quality standards, referral access, clinical staffing and joint-venture relationships.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
