Profile

Embraer S.A.EMBJIndustrials

Builds commercial E-Jets, Phenom and Praetor business jets, Super Tucano and C-390 defense aircraft, and lifecycle services for the installed fleet. Operations span four principal segments and an international industrial footprint, with aircraft delivery schedules and Brazilian government golden-share vetoes shaping the business.

Designs and manufactures E-Jets commercial aircraft; Phenom and Praetor business jets; and Super Tucano and C-390 defense platforms. Services & Support provides materials, maintenance, modifications, training, integrated support, digital and engineering services across the installed fleet.

Industrial activities span Brazil, the United States, Portugal and Mexico. Engineering continuity from a state-backed aviation program, combined with business agility after privatization, supports a portfolio built around long-running aircraft families and their successive generations.

Commercial Aviation, Executive Aviation, Defense & Security, and Services & Support form the core reporting structure. Aircraft manufacturing depends on customer delivery schedules, while a Brazilian government golden share carries veto rights over specified military programs, technology transfers, control changes and corporate-purpose decisions.

Shares outstanding and float — provider count disagrees with the price.

Insiders — filings are in the shares behind the receipt.

The provider's share count does not square with the market price, so neither it nor anything divided by it is shown.

This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
