Develops, finances, constructs, owns and operates utility-scale renewable-energy projects across solar, wind and storage. MENA, Europe and USA are the reportable segments, with Israel and Europe contributing most of current revenue while the U.S. platform expands through Clēnera.
Controls the project lifecycle from greenfield development and financing through construction and long-term operation. This full-lifecycle model combines pipeline creation with independent power production, and the Clēnera acquisition supplied an established U.S. development organization.
Operating projects sell electricity under PPAs, hedges or merchant pricing structures. Development-stage assets must secure sites, permits, interconnection, financing, construction and offtake before producing electricity sales. Capital needs, counterparty performance, regional regulation, currencies and geopolitical conditions shape execution across the three regions, while Clēnera retains a founder minority interest and future put mechanism.
