Profile
Designs specialized aerospace and naval components, electric-grid diagnostic equipment and services, and RF test facilities. Revenue comes from engineered products, customer-specific systems, software, consulting, and testing, with government contracts and fixed-price projects creating material execution dependencies.
Designs engineered products across Aerospace & Defense, Utility Solutions Group, and RF Test & Measurement. Aerospace & Defense combines PTI and Crissair filtration and fluid-control components, Globe composite and signature-reduction systems, and ESCO Maritime Solutions' naval signature-management and quiet-propulsion equipment.
Sells grid diagnostic instruments, monitoring systems, software, consulting, and testing through Doble, Morgan Schaffer, and Altanova; NRG supplies wind and solar resource-measurement tools. ETS-Lindgren builds RF test facilities, shielded rooms, antennas, probes, absorbers, filters, and measurement software.
Operates mainly from the United States, with sales spanning Europe, Asia, Canada, and other markets. Proprietary engineering and customer-specific systems underpin execution. Government-funded work depends on appropriations and terminable contracts, while fixed-price projects carry cost-estimation exposure. The signed Megger acquisition remains subject to closing before it can expand Utility Solutions.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
