Profile
Provides package pickup, transportation, delivery, and post-delivery support under a FedEx independent service provider agreement. Revenue combines weekly service-coverage charges with activity-based fees, all from one customer in a single operating segment.
Provides package pickup from FedEx-designated locations, transportation from distribution centers, delivery to specified California addresses, and post-delivery monitoring and complaint response. Its wholly owned JAR Transportation subsidiary supplies vehicles and drivers, while GroundCloud supports routing, driver management, and compliance monitoring. Route design, delivery sequencing, equipment, and staffing are handled within the contract.
Earns weekly fixed fees for service-area coverage and branding compliance, plus activity-based fees for completed stops, packages, e-commerce, large-package work, surge stops, and fuel surcharges. All revenue and receivables come from FedEx, which also supplies the systems used to verify activity, price work, and operate its assigned service area. Labor, fuel, vehicles, insurance, maintenance, California employment requirements, and the FedEx agreement directly shape delivery execution.
