Uses shared matching, dispatch, routing, pricing, payments, and membership infrastructure across Mobility and Delivery in more than 70 countries. Service fees from drivers, couriers, and merchants generate most revenue; Freight charges shippers for brokerage and transportation management. Uber Autonomous Solutions provides deployment and fleet support for partner-operated autonomous vehicles.

Relies on driver and courier supply and local rules governing transportation, delivery, payments, data, and worker classification. Drivers remain central as autonomous vehicles enter through external partners.
