Profile

Fabric.AI, Inc.FABCInformation Technology

Develops Neural I/o, a MicroLED optical interconnect for short-reach links among GPUs, accelerators, memory and servers. Intended product revenue rests on exclusive commercial selling rights outside Kopin's retained markets, while manufacturing, background technology and part of the project IP remain tied to Kopin.

Develops Neural I/o, a MicroLED optical interconnect intended for short-reach links among GPUs, accelerators, memory and servers in AI data centers. The program repurposes MicroLED pixels as optical transceivers and is designed to consolidate high-rate copper or laser channels into parallel optical connections. Fabric.AI focuses on system design, development, commercial rights and prospective-customer engagement while external parties handle manufacturing.

Plans to sell covered products in commercial markets worldwide outside sanctioned jurisdictions and fields retained by Kopin, including automotive, military, defense and government end users. Commercial execution depends on Kopin, which supplies background MicroLED technology, co-owns new project IP, controls covered manufacturing and retains reserved markets. Covered products must be made by or for Kopin, and Fabric.AI must buy its full requirements from Kopin except after defined supply failures.
