Profile
Sells active electrical cables, optical transceivers, retimers, DSPs, memory links, and SerDes technology for AI and cloud data centers. Revenue comes mainly from product shipments to a concentrated set of hyperscalers and infrastructure manufacturers, using a fabless model dependent on TSMC and Asian assembly partners.
Designs high-speed connectivity for AI and cloud data centers, spanning ZeroFlap active electrical cables and optical transceivers, OmniConnect memory links, PCIe retimers, optical and copper Ethernet DSPs, SerDes chiplets, and PILOT diagnostics. The DustPhotonics acquisition added silicon-photonics components, complementing Hyperlume's microLED work. Products share proprietary SerDes and DSP technology across electrical and optical links.
Operates as a fabless semiconductor supplier with direct sales coverage in North America, Asia, and Europe. Revenue comes primarily from AEC and integrated-circuit shipments to hyperscalers, neoclouds, and infrastructure manufacturers, supplemented by SerDes IP licensing. Production is outsourced; TSMC supplies all wafers, while other Asian contractors package, test, and assemble products. A small customer group accounts for most sales.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
