Profile
Provides title insurance and closing and settlement services for real-estate transactions. Its Title Insurance and Services segment is supplemented by Home Warranty and digital mortgage-closing and subservicing capabilities.
Title Insurance and Services combines title insurance with closing and settlement services, alongside property-data and title-plant records and images. Home Warranty is its other reportable segment.
Docutech provides document generation, eClose, and fulfillment technology for mortgage and home-equity lenders, while ServiceMac provides mortgage subservicing. These capabilities extend its work across mortgage, settlement, post-closing, and servicing workflows.
A 2010 separation formed the current NYSE issuer around financial services and title technology. Its roots trace to Orange County title records from the late nineteenth century. The business depends on property and mortgage transaction workflows.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
