Profile
Underwrites title insurance and earns one-time premiums through direct offices and independent agencies, alongside closing, settlement and escrow fees. Mortgage and real estate services add credit data, valuations, online notarization, property preservation and search work, with demand tied to transaction and loan-servicing activity.
Underwrites residential and commercial title insurance, searches and examines property records, and handles closings, settlement and escrow. The operating model combines direct transaction execution with a network of approved independent agencies; adjacent title offerings include tax-deferred exchanges and home and personal insurance.
Extends beyond title through credit and real estate data, valuation management, online notarization and closing, property preservation, field and search services for mortgage lenders, servicers, brokers, agents and investors. Operations are concentrated in the United States, with smaller businesses in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Revenue depends on purchase, refinance and commercial transaction volumes, while title rates, policy forms, reserves, agency licensing and transfers from regulated insurance subsidiaries are governed mainly at the state level.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
