Profile
Runs three divisions — creative design and advisory services, proprietary ride-system manufacturing, and destination development — letting it design experiences for other operators and own them directly. Formed in 2021 from a merger of a design studio and a resort-attractions venture, it began trading on Nasdaq after a 2023 SPAC merger.
Operates under a design-own-operate model across three divisions. A creative and advisory arm handles destination strategy, attraction design, and intellectual-property development for other operators. A ride-systems arm designs and manufactures proprietary attraction hardware for theme parks and location-based venues. A destinations arm develops, owns, and operates entertainment venues.
Creative clients span major theme-park operators, resort brands, and new-build destinations in the Middle East. Owned destinations center on a joint venture with a global hotel operator in Mallorca, Spain, run under an asset-efficient approach favoring partner capital over heavy balance-sheet construction.
Formed in 2021 from the merger of a two-decade-old design studio and a European resort-attractions venture, the company reached public markets in 2023 through a SPAC merger. Founders retain significant influence through a dual-class share structure, and recent joint-venture wind-downs and licensing terminations have narrowed its destinations and brands portfolios.
