Profile
Moves time- and day-definite parcels and freight through integrated U.S. and international air-ground networks, earning fees based on service, route, weight, and surcharges. Logistics, retail-print, supply-chain, and data businesses extend the network, while the FedEx Freight spin-off leaves express delivery as the core.
Moves time- and day-definite packages and freight through an integrated air-ground network. Express U.S. Domestic covers overnight, deferred, ground, home-delivery, and economy shipments; Express International handles cross-border and in-country delivery, customs clearance, and trade services across more than 220 countries and territories.
FedEx Logistics adds air and ocean forwarding plus customs brokerage; FedEx Office provides printing, packing, and retail shipping access; FedEx Dataworks supplies tracking and supply-chain tools. FedEx Supply Chain remains a contract-logistics business pending an announced sale.
Combines air hubs, surface sortation, delivery providers, retail access, and shipment data to coordinate timed delivery. The FedEx Freight spin-off removed the standalone less-than-truckload carrier. Operations remain labor- and fuel-intensive and sensitive to shipment volumes, global trade, and service reliability.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
Shares outstanding 236.58M · Float 218.40M · 92.3% free float
A split settled inside the quarter being compared, so quarter-on-quarter change is not shown.
