Profile
Hauls less-than-truckload freight across the continental United States through a single integrated service-center network, with expedited, international, truckload brokerage, drayage and specialized options. Virtually all revenue comes from LTL shipments, linking demand to industrial production and the U.S. economy.
Hauls palletized and other less-than-truckload freight through OD Domestic LTL, OD Expedited LTL and OD Critical, linking shippers across the continental United States. OD Global extends coverage through strategic alliances across North America, while OD Truckload, OD Container Drayage and OD Specialized Services cover complementary freight and logistics needs.
Runs these services as one integrated, union-free operation built around 260 service centers. Scheduled linehaul routes, twin-trailer configurations, load-planning software and daily service-center performance reviews support published transit schedules and limited freight handling; owned terminals provide most network door capacity. The model requires continuing investment in real estate, tractors, trailers, technology and trained drivers, and operates under federal and state transportation, safety and environmental rules. Virtually all revenue comes from LTL shipments, tying demand to industrial production and the U.S. economy.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
