Profile
Moves freight through North American less-than-truckload and European transportation networks. The larger North American segment consolidates multiple customers' shipments in shared trailers, while European operations combine trucking, brokerage and multimodal services across several markets.
Moves palletized freight through a shared North American less-than-truckload network, consolidating shipments from multiple customers across service centers and linehaul routes. European Transportation combines dedicated and less-than-truckload carriage with brokerage, managed transportation and multimodal logistics.
The North American LTL segment is the larger business and includes cross-border service with Mexico and Canada, intra-Canada service and trailer manufacturing. European revenue is concentrated in France, the United Kingdom and other European markets.
Execution rests on service reliability, network scope, safe and efficient use of labor and equipment, and proprietary technology used to move freight. Shipment demand, yield and competition across two regional networks shape results, while former contract logistics and brokered transportation operations now sit in GXO and RXO.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
